EDUCATION: She earned her honors diploma in accounting and graduated with a 4.0 grade point average. She managed the accounting for the Hyatt-Regency Grand Cypress Resort in the Marketing and Public Relations division. A broker since 1994, she earned her GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) from the FL Association of Realtors, and received her CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation in October 2001. She is a multimillion-dollar producer with ten years of knowledge and experience in new construction that extends from the foundation up. She has just completed her ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) designation in November of 2003. Rita says "Now I'm ready to take on whatever 2004 holds!"

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS: Actively involved in the Realtor Association of Martin County she is a member of the technology committee and attends weekly board meetings to keep herself familiarized with new properties to the market and makes them available to her clients first. Currently she is serving her third year as a Board of Governor for Martin Commons Phase II Homeowner?s Association, holding the position of architectural review.

HOBBIES: All water sports from boating, wave runners, fishing, snorkeling and swimming are her favorites. She enjoys playing as many rounds of golf as she can find time for. She enjoys spending time with her three children and of course helping people find their dream home!
